220 Scientists & Experts Urge U.N. To Deal With Emerging Wireless
Public Health Crisis
By Global News - 220 scientists from 40 nations have submitted the International EMF Scientist Appeal to the United Nations, UN member states and the World Health Organization (WHO) requesting they adopt more protective exposure guidelines for electromagnetic fields (EMF) and wireless technology in the face of increasing evidence
of risk from this rapidly increasing environmental pollutant.
The scientists who have signed the Appeal have collectively published over 2,000 peer-reviewed papers on the biological or health effects of non-ionizing radiation. It was submitted on May 11th, 2015 to His Excellency Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, to Dr. Margaret Chan, MD, Director General of the World Health Organization, and to the United Nations Member States.
Dr. Martin Blank made a compelling three-minute video announcing the Appeal [see video above]. Dr. Blank has had over 30 years of experience conducting EMF research at Columbia University and is a former president of the International Bioelectromagnetics Society. In his own words, Dr. Blank gave an explanation of the major health crisis we are facing due to increasing levels of environmental pollution from growing and expanding EMF sources.
